Within reason we can
build any wheel you
want. We supply hub gears and hub brakes, which we can build into
your choice of rim. We carry stocks of a variety of Mavic rims in
700c and 559 (ATB) sizes, other sizes and rims are available to
order. We normally use Sapim stainless steel spokes, which are
avilable in plain (14gauge - 2.0mm), double-butted (14/16gauge -
2.0/1.8mm) single-butted (13/14gauge - 2.3/2.0mm), normally from
stock. There are also some more esoteric ones avilable for
seriously sporting wheels, including oval ones. We normally
charge £5 in addition to the cost of components for wheels where
we supply components. Carriage by parcel post to the UK costs
about
£10 for a typical wheel, including packing and insurance.
